IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VEXUS ONLINE ACCOUNT

In order to bring our customers the best value for their services, we’ve enhanced our online customer portal. In order to access the portal, you will need to register with your account number and service address zip code. You will find this information on your Vexus bill. If you would like to register but don’t have a copy of your bill, give us a call at 800-658-2150 and we can help.

Can I earn money by referring my friends to Vexus?

Yes, you can! You can earn up to $75 for each friend that you refer to Vexus who signs up for service. For more information or to refer your friends, click here.

When will I be able to access my Online Account?

Effective March 30, you will need to register for Web Self Care. Once you have registered, you will be able to access your online account, view your profile, subscribed to services, and make payments online. Once you receive your April bill, you can register online.

If you would like to register sooner, starting on March 30, you can by calling Vexus Customer Care at 800-658-2150.

What if I have an auto-payment (ACH Debit) set up that through my bank account?

If you currently have an automatic bank draft (ACH Debit) set up through E-Care, we will transfer that information over to the new Web Self Care site and your April payment will be drafted as usual. We still encourage you to register for Web Self Care as soon as you can so that you can take advantage of all the helpful tools available to you.

What if I have an automatic credit card payment set up?

If you currently have an automatic credit card payment set up through E-Care, we will transfer that information over to the new Web Self Care site and your April payment ONLY will be drafted as usual. Please keep in mind, that you will need to register in Web Self Care and set up payment for you May bill and all bills moving forward.

What information do I need to register for Web Self Care?

You will need your account number as it appears on your April bill. This account number will be different from the one on your March bill. In order to register, you can wait until you receive your April bill, or you can call Vexus Customer Service for assistance.
