AMC Negotiations

AMC Networks, the owner of AMC, WE tv, SundanceTV, IFC, BBC America, has decided to remove its programming from our customers. We will continue to negotiate to get this programming back on your lineup as quickly as possible.

Instead of recognizing the difficult times we have all been through the past year, AMC Networks has decided to put profits over people and are asking our customers for more money. If you compare this increase to the current cost of living increase, it is more than 8 times that amount – even though fewer of our customers are watching AMC’s networks than in past.

As your Cable TV provider, we’re a part of your community and we work hard to give you the best value possible for all the services we offer. As programming costs continue to rise, we work hard to minimize how this impacts our customers. Please understand that even small increases can affect the overall value of the packages of services that we offer as we try to maintain costs.

AMC Network programming is still available through their own streaming services.  Broadband customers can use our high-speed internet service to stream AMC Networks’ programming from several digital platforms. AMC+ features programming from AMC, IFC, SundanceTV and BBC America and is available from Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and The Roku Channel, usually with a free trial. Visit amcplus.com for availability and more information.

Even though AMC Networks has removed their programming, we do offer alternatives with similar content: Bravo, TNT, TBS, Oxygen, USA Network, and FX to name a few.

Please see below for other ways to watch programming from AMC Networks and continue to check back here for more updates on our negotiations. Thank you for your patience.
